Food Service/ Food Runner

The Food Runner is primarily responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately. It is this person who will maintain the cleanliness of the expo line, organization of order tickets, and communicate effectively with BOH team.

Refreshment

Coffee, with and without caffeine, Hot water for regular tea and herb tea, Donuts and pastries, Fruit, Bagels, Yogurt.

Housekeeping

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and reporting any safety hazards to the homeowner or manager in charge. They must complete tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash cans, dusting shelves, cleaning windows, and mopping floors. Some Housekeepers change linens, wash dishes, and do light ironing and laundry.

Room Security

Hotel guest room security may be enhanced by the use of security equipment such as hotel/motel function locks, safety chains, and similar devices.

Secondary access limiting devices on sliding glass, balcony, and connecting room doors, access limiting devices for operational windows, a guest room telephone or another communication device available for use 24 hours a day, a peephole in or window next to the guest room door etc.
